Three services are offered as part of the Knowledge Resource Study and Annalysis approach. The main service, on which the others are based, is the Primary Knowledge Study service.

Primary Knowledge Study

A Primary Knowledge Study provides a visual map of a knowledge area and attaches specific detail to the map that helps business decision makers to Protect, Develop and Deploy the knowledge resource more effectively. The map and accompanying knowledge resource risk analysis also provide valuable business insight.

Corporate Knowledge Structure

A visible knowledge structure for the entire organisation which focuses knowledge activities throughout the business and provides information about the knowledge resource at all levels of the business, is described here.

Knowledge Assessment

A Business Knowledge Assessment provides a review of the business knowledge resource and how the knowledge resource plays its role in the success of the business. The assessment also looks for good practice as well as areas of concern and will highlight and report on these; offering options to deal with each.

Knowledge Consultation

A Knowledge Consultation is a short and intensive review of business knowledge and how it works with the business. It is a low commitment option for an organisation and could be used to allow decision makers to take initial stock of the current situation and make plans for further development. It could also highlight some specific issues that a business should understand and deal with.
