Service Evaluation Knowledge
The map immediately below shows the knowledge structure for service evaluation highlighted in green on the right of the map. Service Evaluation itself is the blue node towards the top of the structure. Compare this with the figure below that shows the highest risk knowledge elements highlighted in red. It can be noted that although there are only 11 of the highest risk knowledge items shown, three of these are part of the very small knowledge structure of service evaluation.
Service Evaluation is a knowledge structure of 7 nodes within a total map consisting of 104 nodes. Service Evaluation is therefore the smallest of the main knowledge sub structures on the map consisting of only 7% of the map. The table listed in the knowledge study tool window below, shows the knowledge from the map listed in order of nodes with the largest prerequisite structures at the top. Although service evaluation is in the second row of the map, it features much lower down the table that would be expected (highlighted in yellow). This indicates that the knowledge area has not been explored as much as the other main sub areas.
