  • Companies may wish to use the modular approach to design a specific scheme that is suited for a particular business need. In some cases, a few of the modules in a specific scheme may need to be adapted to fit the new scheme. Consultation is required to develop such a scheme.
  • For all analyst training it is recommended that a period of supported Knowledge Structure Mapping project work is undertaken. This can be designed according to the needs of a particular business. It involves allowing trained staff to work with an experienced Analyst over one or two projects. These projects should be true commercial projects delivering business benefit.
