Thinking about Innovation is a programme for Innovation Development that draws on the thoughts and experiences of many people from a broad range of innovative backgrounds working through a common conduit. It is a workshop for senior managers to help them to develop their own programme for Innovation that matches the specific needs of their own organisation.

Consider every aspect of innovation from knowledge to creativity, from attention to exploitation and gradually formulate and understand a working definition that can serve as a core element in the innovation process

Develop a Process for Innovation:

Understand why a process is needed for a sustainable innovation scheme. Consider processes defined by others and assess their strengths and weaknesses. Develop an innovation process for the organisation.

Culture for Innovation and Improvement:

Understand the enablers for innovation and understand the role of organisational culture and environment. Critically analyse culture and environment and map out a path towards an innovative organisation.

Assess Innovation:

Understand how to assess innovation. Examine schemes intended to score innovation in organisations and understand the value of such schemes. See how to turn assessment into a way to sustain innovation within an organisation.

Manage Innovation and Make it Work:

Put Thinking about Innovation together and create a Process for Organisational Innovation that caters for the needs of your organisation or your business. Review the conclusions and test them against practical issues.
