Service and Delivery

This set of linked pages are the automated output from the Knowledge Study Tool (KST). The tool was used during the derivation and analysis of a Knowledge Structure Map (KSM). The information was derived from a KSM based Knowledge Study of the knowledge area of 'Service and Delivery'. The study was carried out to address the study focus stated below.

The Study Focus:

The knowledge required in order to fully understand Service and Delivery Operations in Comico plc. This does not include management but does include system and service documentation.

Using the resource:

The hypertext resource consists of several pages that allow access to the analytical results of the study such as Risk and Options for Action. It also provides access to every knowledge element derived during the study. Each knowledge element is described on its own page. Pages are accessed through the learning dependency hierarchical structure that was used during the construction of the KSM. Knowledge element pages will contain links to the knowledge that is dependent on the knowledge described on the page and links to the knowledge that is prerequisite of the knowledge on that page. Initial access to this structure is available from the main Knowledge Areas. These knowledge elements are the prerequisite elements of the study focus, this page.
